Pilates is a holistic exercise to condition body and mind, based on the principle that mind and body are inextricably linked to obtain a healthy, happy and balanced life. The belief that the movement heals and that the quality of human life is appreciably better when the physical training and mental conditions of the person are optimally and balanced.
Pilates helps strengthen core muscle, improve posture, reduce lower back pain and increase flexibility for a strong and supple body.
Our instructors are professionals with the full knowledge of Pilates, ascending, execution and position of the clients by the different levels, beginner, intermediate and advance, which includes exercise of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrel.
